The Process

If you’re interested in building a custom piece, reach out to us by phone or email. This is a great opportunity to ask us questions, include inspirational photos, describe what you’re looking for, and where it’s going to be placed.

From there, we always recommend scheduling a no-obligation, in-store consultation to browse the showroom, check out our selection of live edge slabs, and get a sense of what your dream table could look like. Our team will be there to answer any of your questions about budget, purpose, size, colour, texture, style, and just about anything else you can think of. 

Once you’ve made a decision on a design, our team will put together a quote and timeline. If the decision to move forward is made, we require a 50% deposit to begin on the design.

Our design team works closely with you to customize your piece. You’ll choose the material, the exact wood slab(s) you want to use, the epoxy colour, and any other details you want us to include.

From there, we start building your table! We really want to nail things, which is why we’re always happy to share progress updates with you. No job is complete until you are 100% satisfied with your custom piece.

Once your piece is done, arrangements can be made to deliver or pick up the item.
